Bring your machine to our office and we can book it in for repair. There’s no appointment needed, just call up and leave it with us.

Insurance Quotes/Accidental Damage - We are happy to provide insurance quotes for equipment that can be covered under normal household insurance (subject to diagnosis charge).
Out of Warranty iPods - We offer a whole unit Out of Warranty replacement service for iPods. We do not replace iPod components individually.(All Out of Warranty iPods are subject to a diagnosis charge of £20 inc VAT).
Hot Bench - Due to demand, we operate a triage system and the engineers will put your machine into the queue. should you wish to skip the queue and be seen immediately, we offer Hot Bench. This means your Mac will be looked at immediately as an engineer will stop what he is doing and start work on your problem. The Hot Bench fee covers diagnosis only. Additional labour charges apply at the normal rates. (subject to terms).
